I just found out about two hours ago that a thirty something year old woman gave my son, then 15 years old, alcohol on new years eve of this year, and today is june 25, 2007.
my son is bi polar and on very strong medications and she knew it.
I trusted her.
HE was violently ill for over 24 hours after getting drunk.
there were also two other boys involved that she gave the alcohol to, another 15 year old and a 14 year old.
I want to press charges, does any know what the statute of limitations are???
