Ok, About four or five months ago, me and my friends jimmy and jesse went over to my best friend Farrah's house. She'd been drinking vodka all night and was really drunk, and she gets really crazy and stupid when she's drunk, and always has to have sex with somebody when she's drunk ( and when she's sober for the most part) so she's all over jesse and sitting in his lap and starts just blatantly saying, "Jesse you need to have sex with me" ( in more or less words) and was like, begging him to have sex with her. so they did, like three times, and she woke up the next morning and called me and asked what happened because she found the condoms, and I told her and she was cool with it and didn't really say anything else about it.
Then she found out she was pregnant, and told this girl named amy that jesse had raped her. I have a huge problem with girls that lie about being raped because I see it as a disgrace to rape victims. The way I see it whenever somebody lies about being raped, it makes it harder to believe when someone else is telling the truth. So I found out she was saying this, and I stopped talking to her because I guess just thinking about it really makes me sick. So then she started telling all of our friends and everyone on her internet site that he raped her, and had guys calling him saying they were going to kill him, and was talking to jimmy saying " i'm gonna get jesse for rape and you and kaylin for assist in rape." Now, all of jesse's friends hate him and he has problems with people all the time because of the false accusations she is making. It's like, wherever we go, somebody says something to him.
So, on her xanga site, she wrote this bull**** account of this rape that a) contradicts everything that me and jimmy saw that night ( she said it happened in the bathroom and they never went in the bathroom together) and everything she told me the next day.( she'd said that she found three condom wrappers on the floor, but on her story she said he slipped her something, and between doing their thing more than once, they'd come out in the room and talked to us) and B) her story on xanga is a completely different story than what she told all of our friends.
So, my question is, since she is a minor and she has it posted on the internet that she was raped, wouldn't the police department have to do something about it, at least investigate or question her about it?? I don't know why I'm so passionate about proving her wrong, because it really doesn't have too much to do with me, but, I guess I just find it extremely sickening that somebody can destroy somebody's entire life just because they refuse to take responsibility for their own mistakes. Because I see Jesse get crap from people everyday, and he did nothing to deserve it. Is there something I can do to make the police investigate the case and prove her wrong or at least question her and get her to confess to lying or soemthing??????????

If you were present in the residence then the Police should take a statement from you. If they don't then you need to contact them.

With all due respect, Jesse needs to learn to keep it in his pants. If he'd had sense enough to refrain from having sex with someone when she was drunk, he wouldn't be in this fix now.

Everyone needs to keep their pants on..but that simply will never happen especially when people are offering it up. Yes if he would have kept it in his pants he wouldn't be in this situation, but people make mistakes every day and when your young you certainly don't think about the consequences. You need to contact the police. I totally understand your concern..i knew a girl who got pregnant and claimed that this boy raped her. It was totally wrong!

ya you have to tell the police about this. But how old are you guys? And i know that if i was Jesse i would of either of killed that girl by now.... i have a short tempure for people like that... or i would have gone to the police the day she said that i raped her. He has a strong case since you and your friend jimmy were there and saw it all. Plus she was drunk... wtf does she know like you said she didn't even remeber.

well, we weren't in the bedroom with them, or in the bathroom with them ( whichever story she uses, she told me she was in the bedroom, but I guess now she was in the bathroom or something) What can the police do though?? Can't she write whatever she wants, freedom of speech right?? or is it considered defimation of character <<<<spelled wrong, i know.

So you don't really even KNOW where they had sex, let alone whether they actually DID?

well I know they didn't have sex in the bathroom, which is what she is saying now, because they never went in the bathroom together, and they would have to walk through the living room to get there, where me and jimmy were, and unless they just like playing with condoms, they had sex because there were three on her floor the next day.

What it comes down to is that you don't know what happened. You don't know if she is telling the truth, or if Jesse is, or if they are both telling the truth according to their own perception of it, or it they are both lying in their teeth.

To be perfectly frank with you, this is not your problem and you should keep the he** out of it. The police have no obligation to investigate just because she posted something on a web site, and if Jesse is mature enough to have sex, he should be mature enough to deal with the consequences without your getting into the middle of it.

wow. i feel really sorry for this guy. but the way i see it, if the police havent gotten involved yet, then they probably wont. i mean, if she wanted to put him in jail she would have done it already so i wouldnt worrie about it too much. as for his friends hating him, if they were true friends then they would believe him if he said it wasnt true. if they dont then they arent worth his time.
