I had accidentally sold beer to an underage person and got ticketed. I know it s a misdemeanor in my state. But since this is the first time is there anything i can do to avoid it to show up on my record. please help.

You accidentally sold beer to an underage person......you never thought that if the person was 21 they would be buying it themselves?
