What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? arkansas
we have a 17 year old daughter who has dropped out of school, she has tested positive for marijauna and barbituates. We would like to get her help but naturally she doesn't think she has a problem.. Do we have any legal rights to get her into a rehab program against her wishes?

I'm checking to find out for sure here but the Marchman Act may apply as she is 17 in terms of being able to force her to rehab without her consent.
