What is the name of your state?

We live in GA, and have what we consider an unruly youth. She's 17 and 8 months, has been arrested for underage drinking, ignores all parental directives, dropped out of school, smokes, and uses language more befitting a drunken sailor. She physically and verbally threatens her siblings, falsely accuses us and her siblings of physical and sexual abuse, then claims to have no recollection of the incident. She has been taken to a state mental institution for evaluation, but was determined to be average. ("normal" is a taboo term in psychology)

The disruption, stress, and molevolence she brings to our home has become unbearable. She has on three occasions called the police to our home for abusive acts done to her or her siblings, and the police have threatened to file false report charges on her, but never pursue.
