What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY What are the laws regarding privacy issues for juveniles that were runaway. Is a police office allowed to tell a civilian of theses acts.

Who is the "civilian" to this "runaway"? Doctor? Nurse? Neighbor? Parent? Interested Bystander?
