Stab

I'm from massachusetts, my brother is 16 years old. He just turned 16 in june.. and he stabbed a man on august 31st. My brother is in DYS and he has a pretrial on september 30th. The man he stabbed is still in the hospital but hes doing ok. What will my brother be charged with??

The Free Advice crystal ball is current in use by a newby, she is learning how to use it and has not returned it yet. You can try contacting the DA's office that will prosecute the case or wait for the return of the crystal ball.
