Statutory Rape Problem ((so to speak))

What is the name of your state? Florida

I have a friend, 16 ((17 in December)), who has a boyfriend, 19, who got her pregnant, with her consent, and they also want to get married.

I want to know, what sort of trouble would the guy get into? What sort of things would happen? What could they use against him? Is this considered statutory rape?
