I was recently caught stealing alcohol from a local grocery store. When the cops arrived they found pot on me. I am a first time offender

What do you think will be my punishment ?

yes i was arrested and i was charged with Possession and theft under 500 dollars .. both misdemeanors and im a juvenile.

do you think my punishment will be more than probation and community service ?

Many things depend on many other things...of course...but, no you probably won't go to jail, if that's the root of this issue for you.
