my son was caught trespassing in vacant home. The police came and contacted who they thought was the homeowner. He signed his rights as vicitm. I hired an attorney and told him from the beginning I thought the home was in foreclosure. He never checked accepted a plea. Now I find out the home was foreclosed on before the boys were caught in the home. Does the change anything? Should we contact prosecuter with this info? My son is only 12.

How does the home being foreclosed make it okay for your son to be there?
The only thing worse than getting into an argument about politics is getting into an argument because you refuse to argue politics.
