What is the name of your state? Nebraska
I have a 16 year old that has been through the judicial system. He's been to Kearney, Hastings, and recently he was caught for stealing car stereos, he has 8 counts against him 3 destruction of property and 5 theft from vehicle. He goes to court in a week. What can we expect?

There is alot more to the facts than you know. Do you even have a child who has been in the system. Has it ever done them any good?

I, personally, have never had a child in legal trouble. It's probably partly due to the fact that we taught them not to steal.

You'd be better served to quit focusing on "the system" and start focusing on how to straighten out that kid. If it's not too late.

Why post a question, then get a straight answer, and then say "There is more to this than you know"?

You don't sound to concerned about your child. Where else do you expect him to be put? The Hilton?
