What is the name of your state? TX

I am having MAJOR PROBLEMS with my 17yr old Daughter. She will be 18 in February. What my question is, can I Kick her out on her own now or do I have to wait until her Birthday. Me & my Wife are sick off all the STEALING, LYING and many other problems. And we have tried everything to get thru to her. But we believe the only way she will learn is to find out what the real world is really like.

Any help would be appreciated.

Nope, she is yours until she is 18.

Have you put her in therapy to find out why she is acting like this? When did this behavior begin?

As Bay said, she's your delinquent until she is 18.

Have you ever reported her for any of this? (stealing)
