My 19 year old daughter was at a party on 3/14/2008 and she was drinking but did have a DD. at some point in the evening the party was raided and the police gave everyone a breath test, she blew 0.69. No tickets were issued at that time. She recieved a ticket in the mail on 3/28/08 and the date on the ticket was 3/27/08. She did not sign this ticket since it was sent in the mail. She is to appear in court on April 15, 2008. Do we have any legal actions to take in this matter?
