underage drinking ticketWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas I was at my friends apartment we were up all night and i went outside, fell, and got a concussion...my head was bleeding. There was a cop nearby and saw. After that all i remember was paramedics checking me out and then i remember the cops saying i was drunk and trying to give me a ticket. I kept telling them to give me a breathalyzer to prove i was intoxicated and he refused and told me to go buy one. I refused to sign the ticket and they told me i had to sign it or go to jail, so i signed it. So my question is should i fight it in court? if not, what should i plead? |

| If you feel strongly than plead not guilty. I am assumig by signing the ticket than you are admitting to consuming alcohol. You will need a lawyer. Also even if you do plan to plead guilty I would suggest still pleading not guilty, that way maybe you can get a reduction of some sort. An attorney consultation would be wise. |
