Underage Drinking used against me as an adult?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WISCONSIN

If i have 1 underage drinking ticket and 1 underage POSSESSION of alcohol that i received as a juvenile and went to court for them and they said they would be completely dropped off my record and what not and i wouldnt have to pay for it AT ALL after a year(if i didnt get any more drinking tickets within 1 year), can they be used against me if i get an underage drinking ticket as an adult?

I called the police station they said i was right and that i should talk to some guy and that theyd send me info... but its 2 weeks later and i still havent received ANYTHING... im gonna call again tomorrow

ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA??

They may be able to use it against you in the idea that you apparently didn't learn and now have a SECOND underage drinking ticket.

Nothing stated by me should be taken as giving you legal advice or forming an attorney/client relationship. The devil is in the details after all.

What the hell does 'as an adult' have to do with it??

The law (and your probation) says you cannot be drinking if you are under 21 (that is what 'underage' drinking is!!).

How old are you??

If you are under 21 years old and within that year, their offer to "completely dropped off my record and what not and i wouldnt have to pay for it AT ALL after a year" is gone. You will have to face the consequences of violating your agreement.

Get an attorney.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
