My family recently moved to Texas last year from Florida and me and my mom are discussing me moving back to Florida by myself. I'm turning 17 in a few months and on my senior year of high school. I'm already in Florida now for summer break and my mom isn't but if I moved here then I would just stay. I already have roomates and an apartment but what would be the best way to deal with enrolling in school and other things I would need a parent for without petitioning for emancipation?
