Last year I played a sick joke on a fellow classmate in high school and made a fake hit list on his google account. I had a clerk magistrate hearing about it and they put it on a probation thing for one year. Just recently I stupidly stole an iPod from a chorus teacher in my high school. She filed a complaint with the police and they came to my house. I confessed and cooperated and handed it to the officer. Now I have another clerk magistrate hearing scheduled for March. Am I screwed for committing larceny or are there any loopholes? Mind you they didn't arrest me for larceny over 250 which the hearing paper says they just took it and left

What is the name of your state?

You need to find an attorney in your area and let the attorney help you.

Probation thing? Loopholes? This kind of behavior needs some resolve, you better get some. If you want to commit crimes the confession is not your friend. You may want to consider some changes.

You will have to wait and see what happens next, probably not very long. goodluck.

When the court gets done with you this time around, you'll be the sick joke. Doubt you're going to be laughing then.

You know, when you play stupid jokes and steal stuff you are selling your soul to the court system. They will either spit you out (if you're lucky) or make you a guest of the state.

Keep that in mind.

You just admitted online to committing a felony. I don't what they will do to you.

Larceny over $250 is a felony in Mass and carries a potential five year sentence.
