What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida.

I'll try to keep it objective, i don't want to aggravate anyone with this.
Of course was a LOT of regret involved.

A person was arrested and booked for petit theft. Under 17 y. old.
After being in jail for aprox. one hour she got released, unconditionally.
It was said that she would get a court date and all,
but instead she got a speedy trial waiver for $100 and had to pay a $200 fine to the store,
so that the charges were dropped.

What happens to the booking now?

Is it possible that it gets cleared when she turns 18? How would she get notice of that?
Is it going to show up, for example at airports/pass control, when traveling? (Important.)What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
