What is the general proceeding in court for two charges: a minor (16yr) in possession of alcohol and transporting alcohol. Does the judge ask many questions of the defendant if he pleads guilty? Will there be a general "normal" punishment handed down, or will the verdict be tailored to ones specific case? I'm interested in learning more about the system and maybe get a sort of script of how the proceedings would go (for family reasons I'd rather not discuss).
