What is the rights of children in the state of Florida??
Are not that able to press charges against someone that has committed "battery" against them??
How do they go about pressing charges in Florida if the law enforcement officer that comes out says NO because the officer is a friend of the person being accused??
Who do I call or write I need also to get a copy of this report of what law enforcement determained once they responded out to this call how do I do that and what is the name of this report??
