my nephew is 25 and had sex with girl that is 14,she has had sex with many guys and some over 18 and grandparents and aunt knew about it.but now they are presses charges and my nephew was one of the guys, they said they could not controll the girl and was going to teach her a lesson.seems to me the lesson should have started the first time but anyway.Im not making excuses for him and he should knew better.but what will happen to him?what is the law in a case like this ....thank you

Felony prison time. Lifetime membership to the Sexual Offender list.

It doesn't matter who or how many people the minor had sex with.

Specifically, Ohio has a one to five year prison term for statutory rape when the age difference is 10 or more years. Ohio § 2907. 04

Ohio is fairly lenient. Some states the term can run to life.
