I live in The Woodlands, TX.

I was driving while smoking a cigarette and pulled over because I did not come to a complete stop at a stop sign. The Officer gave me two citations one for the stop sign, and another for being in possesion of tobacco. I am 17 and will be 18 in two weeks, this is before the court date.

I am wondering what usually happens in this sort of case. Will it become a big deal? How much will this usually run me, and will I have to do some sort of community service?
