Where do they want to live?In the state of Oklahoma what is the age a child can choose which parent he or she wishes to live with? And is it as easy as the child saying he or she wants too? |

| There is NO state where a minor has the final say on where he is to live. In SOME states, a judge may take a minor's wishes into consideration but in all 50 states, the parent, legal guardian, and/or the court make that decision until the minor is no longer a minor. |

| Thank you very much, I thought that a child only had to be 14, then she could say where they want to live. Thanks again |
