Missouri---How long can someone leave their stuff on your property? We had someone move in and then leave and now is refusing to come get their stuff. They keep saying they cant and for us to bring it clear across town to them using our vehicle. They keep calling and saying that they cant come get their stuff every 5 minutes. I told them to come get their stuff and to quit calling every 5 minutes. But they refuse to quit calling. What recourses do I have and at what point does the property become abandoned? They left a week ago.

In Alaska you give a 15 day notice to pick up their stuff. If they don't you throw it out or sell it. Your state probably has similar laws you can turn to. Follow your state procedure to the letter as they will probably sue you when you do throw it out.
