My housemate and I signed a year lease and moved into an apartment in Jersey City on August 1st of this year (2010) since then: the fridge has never worked, we have had mice and for the past 4 days there has been no hot water. The landlord has been informed of all of these problems, but doesn't seem to be in any hurry to fix them. Is there a way we can get out of our lease??
