well then you'd better have BOTH novemeber's rent PLUS +++ Novemeber's Late fee +++PLUS the bounced check charges +++++ PLUS Decembers rent IN CASH by The day the rent is due, or i figure on monday they will start eviction proceedings.

thats sounds fair to me, you do owe the money.

You could call your parents (or the DEADBEAT boyfriend's parents) and ask them to western union you the money so you wont be evicted by christmas.
