What is the name of your state? NJ

I spoke to my landlord today about breaking my lease due to family responsibility of taking care of a sick relative. LL agreed to putting an ad out as quickly as possible. If my lease says that upon breaking a lease I am responsible for 60 days of paying rent am I still responsible if the LL can't find a new tenant until after the 60 days? What is the name of your state?
