Can hoa edvict me

I live in a south Florida community. I received a letter from hoa saying I'm getting evicted due to my guest getting into an agrument with the security guards at the front desk. Can HOA make me responsible for my guest actions and evict me?

I doubt if that is something that would allow a judge to grant an eviction to your landlord. However, your landlord could refuse to renew your lease, or if you are on a month to month lease, give you notice to move out.
