Can I send 10 days notice to the tenants, after I sent 5 day's notice, and I am in the process of evicting my tenants? I might have made a mistake, and file the eviction case one day earlier, so I am wondering if I can file 10 days notice as well, while I am waiting for the trial to come, in case the judge dismiss the case due to my mistake?
