What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

I live in an apartment complex in Clermont County (Not sure if that is relevant or not). We've had quite a bit of snow the last few weeks and while the apartment complex has been slow to act they generally have the streets cleared. With the last bit that came through they haven't touched it in going on a week now. I'm spending literally 30 minutes to go less than 200ft because of how deep the snow is in the road. Are there any laws that require apartment complexes to clear streets after snowfall? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Your city /county govt center can tell you if there is a local ord on the books that spells out how much time owners of multi units have to clear snow from sidewalks, driveways , parking areas etc. Thats the best place to start.
