We have negotiated a commercial lease space and signed the lease agreement and gave it to the Landlord for their signature. When we gave them the lease agreement they gave us the keys to the property. They faxed us a copy of the signed signature page of the lease agreement which was used to establish utilities and business licensee. We had taken possession the premises and begun work. Three days later the property manager states we did not have right to take possession as we did not have an acceptable executed lease agreement and now has locked us out of the property.

What are our options and/or rights?
