What is the name of your state? PA.

Can someone be evicted based on a criminal record if the crime was not murder, assault, rape, arson, and/or drugs. Also, the person is considered handicap. Would this be considered "discriminatory" based the fact that the tenet is not considered a "threat" to others?

**A: please list the criminal record and the type of handicap. Also if there is a fixed lease and any past or current house rule violations.
