    Cumulative Rights translated

What is the name of your state? Colorado

What's the English translation of this, in nonjargon:
CUMULATIVE RIGHTS. The rights of the parties under this Lease are cumulative, and shall not be construed as exclusive unless otherwise required by law.

Just means that either party's using any one right or remedy will not preclude or waive that party's right to use any other right or remedy stated in the agreement.

Cumulative as opposed to exclusive rights/remedies is a clause used in many "canned" leases.

Is the a specific reason you are asking?
