What is the name of your state?
Wisconsin

I am a landlord in the State of Wisconsin. A tenant of mine (who lives alone) recently passed away. Her sister is handling her estate. The lease is in force until the end of April'06. What are my legal rights concerning the death of a tenant with regard to the lease?

Any chance there is any language in the lease binding heirs/estate to it?

You are of course trying to be fair as well aren't you?

**A: work with the estate on rerenting the property.
