Renewed lease on house in Tampa Florida. Owner wants to sell house. He wants us to move out before lease is up. We don't want to move. Can we stay until lease term is up in Feb 2017?. Can he force us out before?

No, he cannot legally force you out.

No.

He's stuck with you for the duration.

Although you might talk to him about "cash for keys."

It's when the owner pays you a nice chunk of money to move.

Meantime, I suggest you document everything that happens going forward.

If you have a copy of this lease do your self a huge favor, make some extra copies and store a couple off premise such as like in you desk at work and a bank box or extra copy in your glove box so this way you will have extra copies handy say should the LL attempt to lock you out ( illegally evict you ) your damage deposit fully transfers to a new owner too and If the home does sell and a new owner tries to tell you they didn't get it from the old owner too bad for new owner tell them to deal with it or you will sue them for it in small claims court where they wont win and then they will have to pay it so they can sue the previous owner.

Taking FarmerJ's comment a step further:

Keep enough copies of your lease on hand so that you can hand a copy to prospective buyers when they visit the property and advise them that they will be obligated to honor the lease until expiration.

Know the law about landlord's access to the premises:

http://www.leg.state.fl.us/Statutes/index.cfm?App_mode=Display_Statute&Search_String=&URL=0000-0099/0083/Sections/0083.53.html

You cannot deny access for the purpose of showing the property but you can control the how and the when.

You have a right not allow such access when you are not at home.

You have the right not allow a realtor's lockbox.

As the property owner, your landlord has the right to sell his property whenever he so chooses, but he still has to abide by the lease he signed with you. If someone else buys the house you are renting, you still have the right to live there until your lease ends.
However, read your agreement, maybe it says otherwise.

That was already clearly laid out above.
