My roommate and I just entered into a Residential Rental Agreement. The agreement was entered in by the Owner of the rental property and us for a premise that had an address different than where we moved into. Essentially the address is not correct on the lease agreement. What does that mean about the validity of this lease agreement?

Likely nothing but you're a bit vague, both about your state and what's the problem with the incorrect address.

Just tell them that there is an error and you want it corrected.

You know where you moved into and so do they. If it'a a typo or the wrong form was given it does not mean you didn't move in or you didn't agree to the lease.
