Ex Boyfriend won't leave

My ex boyfriend refuses to leave my apartment. His name is not on the lease and he has not paid his agreed portion of the rent in three months. What do I need to do to get him out?

Since the apartment is in my name only, does that give me the same rights as a "landlord"?

Thank you for the advice. I did read the FL law, but was unclear as to whether or not I would be considered as a "LandLord".
