frozen pipes

I live in West Virginia my pipes have been frozen for a month the landlord tells me that i will have to just wait till warms up. I have to stay at other people houses. What can I do I am spending money left and right i have to eat out everyday go to peoples houses to take a showerand go to the restroom WHAT CAN I DO!!!

Move out of that trailer trash state, and find a better quality of people!
