What is the name of your state? Tennessee

I have renters occupying the house across the street from me. My problem is that I have received a letter stating that the renters have a history of criminal activity which includes mail fraud, forgery and passing bad checks.
The letter also states that one family member is wanted. That member has recently been arrested but now has been released from prison after about 60 days. According to the letter, the mom and dad use their children to look into neighbor's mailboxes looking for credit card applications.

We have notified the landlord and apparently they intend to rent the home as long as they are receiving their income.

My question is what rights do I have in this situation and what culpability does the landlord have in the event the renters were to take our mail or another neighbor's mail and apply for credit cards, etc.?

**A: the landlord has no liability.
