What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona.

I own a 3 bedroom home in Arizona. I sleep in the master and I rent the other two rooms. I don't have the tenants sign a lease and payments are made in cash or check.

One of the tenants has stopped paying rent for about 4 months because he lost his job. I was too nice and he took advantage. I want to evict him, but I have not seen him in almost 3 weeks and his cell phone is turned off so I cannot contact him.

What are my rights to move his belongs into storage and rent the room?

We only have a loose verbal agreement that he will pay rent for the room. All three of us share the common areas, kitchen and living room.
