What is the name of your state? Michigan

I signed a one year lease agreement and so did my Roommate 6 weeks ago
My roommate was planning on going to college and now she sleeps all day and her disability check pays the rent. Our verbal agreement was for her to go to college. She did not fullfilling her agreement with me and is not attending college. I am miserable and I want to evict her. How do I evict her? Her disability check is not big even to pay the full amount of the rent, but I could pay the rent without her.

Verbal agreements are worth the paper that they are written on. You cannot force her to go to college.

She done nothing to legally warrant an eviction.

You cannot evict her, only the landlord can.

You are both on the lease, correct?

You cannot force her off the lease or to move.
