What is the name of your state? MARYLAND.

MY LAND LORD HAVE SENT ME A HAND WRITTEN NOTE THAT I HAVE UNTILL THE END OF JULY TO VACATE THE PREMISES.

HOWEVER, I HAVE SENT HIM A CERTIFIED LETTER STATING THE CONDITIONS OF THE PROPERTY, AND ALSO FILED A PETITION WITH RENT COURT TO PUT RENT IN ESCROW.

THE PROPERTY HAVE FAILED INSPECTION SEVERAL TIMES. HE DOES NOT HAVE A LEAD CERTIFICATE. MY BATHROOM AND KITHCHEN CEILING HAD FALLEN WITH FUGUS GROWING OUT OF IT. HE PATCHED THE CEILINGS UP IMPROPERLY WITH OUT REMOVING THE MOLD IN THE CEILING. MY BATHROOM SING IS SITTING ON A BOARD TO HOLD IT UP. I HAVE EXPOSED RAW CEMENT EXPOSED IN MY BATHROOM TUB WHERE THE FIXTURE ARE ON THE WALL. HE CALLED HIMSELF FIXING THE UPSTAIRS TUB AND PUT A BIG HOLE IN THE CEILING AND HAVE NOT FIXED IT. WHEN THE PEOPLE UPSTAIRS WOULD TAKE A SHOWER OR BATH THE WATER WOULD RUN DOWN INTO MY TUB.

THE WINDOWS IN THE PROPERTY OR OLD, NO NEW STORM WINDOWS. PAINT IS CHIPPING AROUND THE WINDOWS AND DOORS. ROACHES WHERE IN THE PROPERTY WHEN I MOVED IN. MY LEASE WAS OVER IN AUG 2005.

SO CAN SOME ONE TELL ME, SHOULD I PAY HIM RENT NEXT MONTH. I AM LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO MOVE.
I NEED SOME ADVICE.
