Landlord Denis to pay my Referral Amount

Hi, i referred a friend to live in our community apartments in a referral program. It has been four months, i didn't received my referral amount. When i went to leasing office they are saying that i never came to fill the form (showing in-complete form), which am not aware of it (i didn't received any form to fill or call). They sold half of the property and we both are in sold out side. How to deal with them. Do i have any hope. Please suggest. Thank You - Bsc

Did you not bother to read the rules for the referral program?

If you did not comply with them you don't get the money.
