our landlord sent us a letter on august 15th telling us to have our stuff removed by august 27th.on august 17th thay changed the locks we made arrangements with the landlords to meet them on august 19th to get our things.we showed up on august 19th and they had sold the house and given a key to new people these people had removed our property throwing it into a shed breaking many of our things.the landlord says it wasn't his fault and is not going to pay for anything.Do we have a case since they sent us a certified letter stating we had til the 27th to remove our property?and who all can we hold responsible ? can we hold the other people responsible too? and what kind of case can we file?

do you have a lease?

YOU have a legal right to stay until the lease ends.....!!!

call the police right this minute and get back into the house!

and file a theft and breaking & entering against the old landlord
