Minneapolis, MN suburbs-landlord/owner of our building could care less about the safety of the tenants. Parking is limited, more apartments that parking. Parking lot pure ice. even after i fell it took some time for him to salt/sand the lot. who should i go to about this? spoke with him and he says "until some one get hurt or police are called he can't/won't do anything.

It there a law in MN or Minneapolis that owners of buildings must salt/sand parking lots?

Otherwise, what makes you think that he has an obligation?
