Help!!! Someone please tell me what I can do to stop a Request for entry of default that is in front of the judge right now? I was tricked..the landlord accepted 2 months of rent March and April cashed the cashiers check. I opened my mail and find that they filed the mothion agaisnt us anyway. the worst is yesterday was the fifth day for us to respond..You see this so wrong.. The court said the judg probably signed it . Can I file an appeal?..something to stop this eviction so i can be heard or at least get an opportunity to respond. Help ASAP!!
