| |  Landlord Selling while I'm renting
What is the name of your state? NJ
My landlord decided in Dec to sell the condo which I'm renting. He gave the keys to the Realtor. I have advised the realtor that he's not allowed to go to my apartment without me being there. I don't trust him. He wants to have an open house twice a week for two hours. What are my rights?? I'm still paying rent and should be able to live comfortably without being bothered right? My lease is not over till May 31 and it's hardly Feb 23!
