Landlord Will Not Move Her Property

What is the name of your state? FLORIDA

My son recently signed a lease on a house. The landlord was in the process of doing renovation which was to be finished by the lease date. She also has the entire screen porch area full of her belongings as she was living in the house before him. She is supposed to move the items from the screen porch, which my son needs to use for a studio, but she hasn't done it yet ..says she can't afford a storage shed. How long should she have to get rid of her stuff and does he have any recourse - the porch is unusable to him as it is.

Thank you

Becky
