landlord wrong or right


me and my landlord did and land contart for me to buy the house from him that i was renting. in the land contart it saya that i have to msake my payment on the first of the month but it is not in default until after the 25th of the month. he sent a letter saying that the rental agreement says that i have ten days to pay or i am out but since we have the land contart to purchase does the rental agreement still go or do i go by the land contart?

Usually its the last contract you signed....that's the one they look at.

But it looks like you a dumb redneck, getting invovled with another dumb redneck.....

so you should know how to deal with such scumbags.....you know REDNECKS lie cheat and steal from their tenants....you know they will toss you out ILLEGALLY if you are ONE DAY late on a payment. yeah they change the locks cut off the utilities toss your stuff out on the street...

The bottom line is if a bank wont lend you the money....then DONT BUY FROM A REDNECK!

PS you know you are messin with his drinkin and dope money by not payin the rent on time...right? And you know he will never spend the MONEY to evict you legally in court....guess you gotta beat the krap out of the landlord when he assults you and have him arrested.

PS if he tries and beat the krap out of you, the lease and land contract is terminated and you are free to move.
