Florida. If you have three individuals renting a house(unit), and they all sign one lease, is the full amount of the rent due each month if one skips out? I'm new to the landlord biz and am wondering how this works. I want to be ready for the encounter. Any insight would be appreciated.

Yes. Every month the full rent is due, whether all 3 tenants still live there, or if one or more skip out. It's good that you had all 3 tenants sign the lease. If they default on the lease you can hold each and everyone of them accountable for the full amount due.
